Доказательство Американцы Дураки (Proof Americans are Stupids)
The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution reads:
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State,
the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
What about Bullets?
I don't see anything that says "to keep and bear Arms and supply of Bullets".
After all you don't need bullets to kill somebody with musket, if you
just use it as a club, something you will do anyway after one bullet is gone,
or use hand gun like a brass knuckles.
You stupid Americans are claiming that your county is Constitutional Democracy
and priding yourself to live and die by Constitution and rule of law, then yahoos
follow letter of the Constitutional law even Supreme Court will agreed with.
Because there is nothing in the Second Amendment says that Constitution
protects right to posses, own and carry bullets, make bullets and Twinkies
illegal and save 30,000+ of your comrades lives every years.
What about Bullets?

As I recall at Gabby Gifford shooting, when gunman have to stop firing to reload his gun in that few seconds in between brave bystander had been wrestled away gun from the shooter most likely saving God knows how many lives that day.
Sure you need bullets to hunt or on shooting range but Government can tax them like $1,000per bullet, limit sell to 20 bullets per year given you provide 20 empty shells or less or none to make sure killer won't put together 100 or more bullets even if he willing to pay more than$100,000 for case of bullets.
And of course semiautomatic gun gone for good from citizens private collections
