Republicans argue that it would be unconstitutional to put on trial ex-president after he left his job and that would be right if he has attempt his criminal attempt to overturn election results after January 21, 2021 but he committed hostile takeover attempt while being The President of USA.Senate impeachment trial is about holding Trump responsible for high Crimes and Misdemeanors according to Constitution which prescribed as remedies conviction of persons in power committed crime at the time they were holding high office.
Based on actions taken by GOP US Constitution means nothing but what making me really sad when Democrats have no brains to defend it.
