It took me some time to grasp what is missing in that picture and finally I get it... where are flowers, champagne, caviar, chocolates and of course a bed?

Or maybe Mr. Roger Ailes told Trump that he will serve champagne, caviar and bed in his office after Insane Donald Trump will publicly spit in Megyn Kelly's face because making Kelly swallow her pride and interview him in public after he mixed Megyn Kelly with dirt is more than enough to show her who is the Boss at Fox News.
